Our pay structure:
- Service Commission: 40-45% based on weekly sales
- Work more, earn more!
- Product Commission: 10% on your check +10% in your PTO bank
- Birds covers the cost of running all discounts + promotions
- 100% of your tips go directly to you on your paycheck
Growth:
- Build your following and raise your prices with our modern pricing structure
- Level 2 (40% request rate) - Average hourly pay: $33.50
- Level 3 (60% request rate) - Average hourly pay: $36.60
- Level 4 (80% request rate) - Average hourly pay: $44.50

Qualifications
- 1+ year of hair cutting experience
- Texas State Cosmetology and/or Barber License
