Who we're looking for:

VERSATILITY - Cutting skills that span all textures + experience with beards + shaves
KNOWLEDGE - Interested in current trends, products, and services
TDLR - Keep a clean and sanitized station
UPBEAT - Professional and positive demeanor

Our pay structure:
Full Time (30+ hours/week)

Service Commission: Starting at 45%
Product Commission: 10% on your check +10% in your PTO bank
Birds covers the cost of running all discounts + promotions

Part Time (12-29 hours/week)

Service Commission: Starting at 40%
Product Commission: 10% on your check +10% in your PTO bank

Qualifications

1+ year of hair cutting experience
Texas State Barber License

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
